Terms of Use

These terms govern use of FactoryFlow+, a service provided by 3RVX LLC. By using the app, you agree to these terms and the applicable terms of Apple or Google Play.

Professional judgment

FactoryFlow+ provides structured productivity tools, calculations, and local rule-based guidance. It does not replace professional safety, engineering, financial, legal, regulatory, or quality-system judgment. Users are responsible for validating observations, calculations, countermeasures, savings claims, and decisions before acting on them.

Acceptable use

Users must not upload content they do not have the right to use, attempt unauthorized access, misuse the service, or use FactoryFlow+ in a way that violates law or workplace policy. Plant communication must remain professional and work-related. Threats, harassment, discriminatory or hateful content, sexually explicit content, spam, impersonation, and unauthorized disclosure of sensitive information are prohibited.

Plant communication

Users can report messages and block senders. Authorized Plant administrators and FactoryFlow+ may review reports, remove content, restrict access, or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, workplace policy, or applicable law. Moderation records may be retained for audit, safety, security, and dispute resolution.

Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google Play and renew automatically unless canceled through the applicable store account settings. Price, billing period, and trial terms, if any, are shown before purchase. Restore Purchases is available for eligible subscriptions.

Availability and liability

The service is provided subject to applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3RVX LLC disclaims implied warranties and limits liability for indirect or consequential losses. Accounts may be restricted or terminated for misuse.
