Privacy Policy
FactoryFlow+ helps workplace teams manage Lean, Six Sigma, safety, Standard Work, plant communication, and continuous-improvement activities. This policy explains the information FactoryFlow+ processes and the choices available to users.
Information we process
- Account and profile information, including name, email address, role, plant or area, and user identifier.
- User-created improvement and safety content, including projects, observations, analyses, actions, savings inputs, reports, JSAs, confirmations, risk records, Standard Work, and lessons learned.
- Plant communication content, acknowledgements, message reports, blocked-user preferences, and moderation decisions.
- Photos selected or captured by the user as evidence.
- Subscription status and purchase identifiers supplied by Apple, Google Play, and RevenueCat. FactoryFlow+ does not receive full payment-card details.
- Technical information necessary for authentication, security, reliability, and troubleshooting.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, provide and synchronize the app, retain user-created work, connect authorized Plant members, generate reports, verify subscription access, support users, prevent abuse, and maintain service reliability. FactoryFlow+ does not sell personal information and does not use user data for cross-app advertising tracking.
Plant communication and moderation
Plant messages are visible only to authorized members of the selected Plant workspace. Users may report a message or block its sender. Authorized Plant administrators may review reports, retain an audit record, and remove content that violates these terms, workplace policy, or applicable law.
Local Lean and Six Sigma guidance
FactoryFlow Local Coach uses deterministic, rule-based checks on records already available to the app. Project and safety content is not sent to OpenAI or another generative AI provider.
Photos and camera
Camera and photo-library access occurs only after the user selects a photo feature. Photos are used as evidence within the user's work and are not used for advertising.
Service providers and sharing
Data may be processed by service providers used for authentication, cloud hosting, storage, subscription validation, and support, including Supabase and RevenueCat. Data may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect users and the service. Plant content is shared with authorized members of the relevant Plant workspace as directed by the user or organization.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained while an account is active and as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce agreements. Users can delete individual content where the app provides that control and can delete their FactoryFlow+ account from the Profile screen. See the account deletion page for details.
Message-report snapshots, moderation decisions, transaction records, and limited security logs may be retained when necessary for fraud prevention, workplace compliance, dispute resolution, tax, accounting, or legal obligations.
Security and international processing
FactoryFlow+ uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit. No storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure. Information may be processed in countries other than the user's country, with appropriate safeguards where required.
Children
FactoryFlow+ is a workplace product intended for adults and is not directed to children.
