Account and associated-data deletion for FactoryFlow+ by 3RVX LLC

Delete from the app

1. Sign in to FactoryFlow+.
2. Open Profile from the bottom navigation.
3. Open the account section and choose Delete Account.
4. Read the confirmation and confirm permanent deletion.

Request deletion without app access

Email 3rvx.apps@gmail.com with the subject “FactoryFlow+ account deletion request” and the email address associated with the account. We may ask you to verify control of that address before processing the request.

Data deleted

Deletion removes or schedules deletion of the account profile, authentication record, user-created cloud projects and analyses, actions, safety records, Standard Work, attachments, Plant memberships, personal message-block preferences, and other content owned solely by the account.

Data that may be retained

Limited transaction records, message-report snapshots, moderation decisions, and security or audit records may be retained when required for fraud prevention, tax, accounting, workplace compliance, dispute resolution, or other legal obligations. Content shared with an organization may be retained in de-identified form or reassigned where required to preserve an authorized Plant record. Store subscriptions must be canceled separately in Apple or Google Play account settings.

Timing

In-app deletion begins immediately. Support requests are normally acknowledged within seven business days. Backup copies may remain for a limited period before routine deletion.
